My interest in this program started after I managed to build a community focused on creativity and concerns about gender equality. Where I lead two congregations at the same time as my college. Our fellow human beings should support each other in different genders, help build the confidence of our fellow human beings and publicise globally

Since then, I have always had a passion for the charity sector by donating to cancer foundations and people on the streets who earn their living from the media I build. After competing with other projects with my major as a digital business student, I feel I better understand the technology and the media industry in building an inclusive society. To achieve that, I need to put myself in a leadership role where I want to be. Change the world with the young leaders in their communities.

I want to participate in this program because it will allow me to interact with leaders from all over the world by driving change in different parts of the world, and I will be able to learn from their experiences. Moreover, the training will help add many skills in leading an organisation. international community

Coming from Indonesia, a city with a diverse group of people, we often see clashes during the pandemic because most people want a stable economy. Until now, we have 1,340 tribes, and we know it is impossible to have 44 presidents. With all these clashes, we often forget that the lower middle class, including persons with disabilities, street children, etc., are usually marginalised and thus not represented in the country. I feel that we can give them a chance through the media, not let it.
